PTFE Mesh Baking Tray Liners & Oven Sheets
PTFE baking tray liners are manufactured using imported fiberglass woven fabric of various constructions as the base substrate, coated with imported polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and processed through specialized production techniques. The result is a high-performance, multi-purpose next-generation composite material product.
Key Performance Characteristics of PTFE Mesh Baking Tray Liners
- Extreme Temperature Resistance & Aging Resistance
Suitable for continuous use across a temperature range of -196°C to 300°C, with excellent weatherability and aging resistance. In practical applications, when held at 250°C for 200 consecutive days, neither tensile strength nor weight is reduced. When exposed to 350°C for 120 hours, weight loss is only approximately 0.6%. At -180°C ultra-low temperatures, full original flexibility is retained. - Superior Non-Stick Surface
Virtually nothing adheres to the surface. Various oil stains, contaminants, and other deposits — including pastes, resins, and paints — can be effortlessly removed. The exceptionally smooth, non-stick surface is reusable and prevents oils and food residues from overflowing and accumulating at the bottom of the oven during baking. Dimensions can be freely cut to match any oven size. - Wide Operating Temperature Range & Chemical Corrosion Resistance
Standard operating temperature range of -70°C to 260°C, with a maximum peak temperature tolerance of up to 400°C. Resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, aqua regia, and a wide range of organic solvents. - Dimensional Stability, High Strength & Food Safety
Excellent dimensional stability with an elongation coefficient of less than 5‰, combined with high tensile strength and superior mechanical performance. Dishwasher-safe, completely non-toxic, certified safe for direct food contact, and inherently anti-corrosive. - Flex Fatigue Resistance
Outstanding resistance to bending and flex fatigue; suitable for use with smaller pulley diameters. - Chemical Resistance & Non-Toxicity
Resistant to virtually all chemical agents; completely non-toxic and inert. - Flame Retardancy
Inherently fire-resistant and flame-retardant. - Air Permeability
The open mesh structure provides excellent breathability, reducing heat source energy consumption and significantly improving drying and baking efficiency.
Usage Instructions
Ⅰ. For Food Baking Applications
Use scissors to cut the baking tray liner to the required size and shape.
Place the liner on a pan, tray, or other baking container.
Place food items directly onto the liner surface.
After baking is complete, allow to cool, then remove the liner and rinse clean with warm soapy water.
The baking tray liner is fully reusable.
Ⅱ. For Use as an Oven Liner / Drip Mat
Electric Oven — Place on the bottom of the electric oven or on the lowest oven rack.
Steam Convection Oven — Place on the lowest oven rack only; do not place directly on the oven floor.
As a Non-Stick Work Surface — Utilize its anti-stick properties as a pre-treatment surface for dough preparation and other food processing workstation applications.
