MEACOR® PTFE-coated food processing materials are uniquely engineered to enhance efficiency across the tortilla, pizza crust, contact grilling, baking, drying, and steam cooking industries.
With superior high-temperature performance and unparalleled non-stick properties, these materials help boost production efficiency while reducing costs. From conveyor belts to baking mats, MEACOR® provides a one-stop solution that is guaranteed to add significant value to your production line.
Tortilla Press Belts
The production of tortillas, pizza crusts, and wraps requires a precise two-step process to achieve that ideal, cloud-like, soft and fluffy texture. The batter is smoothly transported into the baking equipment via PTFE conveyor belts, where the belt surface works in tandem with top and bottom heating plates to apply even pressure and optimal heat conduction, allowing the dough to flash-set and cook through.
These non-stick, dimensionally stable belts ensure consistent quality and perfect visual integrity for every single piece. MEACOR® specializes in the production of PTFE cast film composite belts featuring superior thermal conductivity and enhanced release properties, empowering your production line with seamless, high-efficiency continuity.
Contact Grilling
PTFE conveyor belts transport chicken, bacon, meatballs, and other select proteins through oven tunnels, where uniform heat transfer from both top and bottom ensures a continuous and consistent cooking process.
Our MEACOR® series of PTFE conveyor belts offers exceptional resistance to grease penetration, thanks to a comprehensive PTFE coating that provides far superior coverage compared to conventional PTFE fiberglass materials. This advanced structure ensures a surface free of micro-cracks and pinholes, effectively eliminating leakage at the source. Simultaneously, it significantly enhances resistance to delamination, tearing, and abrasion, ensuring more stable performance during long-term, high-temperature operations.
Baking Mats
Our baking mats are designed to save both time and space while elevating the quality of commercial and home baking alike. The soft, flexible mat makes preparation effortless, allowing for easy handling without the need for greasing.
PTFE baking mats With superior non-stick release, food slides off smoothly, ensuring intact, beautiful results and making post-baking cleanup quick and painless. Capable of being reused over 2,000 times, these mats significantly reduce the consumption of parchment paper and baking trays—making them both an eco-friendly and economical choice.
Steam Cooking
When operating in high-temperature steam environments, our PTFE coated fabrics can withstand extreme pressure and heat while providing an effective barrier against moisture penetration.
Whether for vegetables, prepared meals, or pet food, the stable transport of various products relies on the strength and durability of these PTFE conveyor belts, which are available in a wide range of widths to suit your specific needs.
DRYING-VACUUM DRYING-FREEZE DRYING
Our PTFE conveyor belts provide smooth transport for grains, cereals, and other materials throughout the entire baking, dehydration, and drying process. For standard baking and transport applications, our closed-weave (solid) belts are the ideal solution. However, when the process requires superior airflow to achieve high-efficiency drying, our open-mesh belt structures are the preferred choice.
Our PTFE fiberglass fabrics strictly adhere to FDA 21 CFR 177.1550 standards and EU LFGB/REACH regulations. More importantly, we utilize advanced coating technologies that are PFOA-Free and free from other persistent organic pollutants (POPs). Under the high-temperature conditions of tortilla pressing or contact grilling (up to 260°C), the material remains chemically inert. It will not undergo migration or release toxic fumes, ensuring your final food labels fully meet the market expectation for "Clean & Healthy" products.
To eliminate the risk of fiber contamination, we use a multi-stage dipping process that ensures the PTFE resin perfectly encapsulates every single fiberglass filament. For industrial-grade tortilla belts, we offer specialized Sealed Edge or stitching technologies. This structure not only significantly enhances the material's tensile strength during continuous operation but also fundamentally prevents glass fiber exposure, helping you easily pass rigorous food production quality audits such as BRC or IFS.
Our products achieve the optimal balance between heat penetration and surface release. By optimizing the PTFE coating thickness and fabric density, we ensure rapid and uniform heat transfer, allowing tortillas and flatbreads to achieve the ideal "toast marks" (spotting). The extremely low coefficient of surface friction means that even high-sugar doughs or succulent meats release instantly without the need for added oils or fats. This drastically reduces cleaning downtime and boosts your hourly throughput.
Our PTFE fiberglass materials are specifically engineered for cross-temperature cycling. In steam cooking environments, they exhibit exceptional resistance to heat and moisture, preventing hydrolysis. In vacuum freeze-drying applications, they maintain superior flexibility even at ultra-low temperatures of $-100°C$ without cracking. The extremely low shrinkage rate ($< 0.1\%$) ensures that belts remain precisely aligned after numerous high-and-low temperature cycles, preventing downtime caused by deformation.
Our PTFE fiberglass fabrics utilize premium high-density base fabrics, offering over 20% higher abrasion resistance than standard market products. Through improvements in Anti-wicking technology, our products effectively resist oil penetration into the fiberglass core, which prevents carbonization and delamination. If each belt's service life is extended by 30%, you are not just lowering procurement costs—you are saving significantly on hidden costs like maintenance labor and lost production time.
