PTFE High-Temperature Cloth & Conveyor Belt Series

PTFE High-Temperature Cloth, also known as Teflon High-Temperature Cloth, can be processed into PTFE conveyor belts. These belts utilize high-quality imported fiberglass as the weaving material, which is woven into a base fabric using plain, twill, satin, or other weaving methods. Through unique processing technology, the fabric is repeatedly and thoroughly impregnated and coated with premium PTFE (Teflon) resin to produce PTFE high-temperature conveyor belts in various thicknesses.
Key Features of PTFE Mesh Conveyor Belts:
High Temperature Resistance: Standard continuous resistance of 260°C, with short-term peaks exceeding 300°C.
Non-Stick Surface: Smooth surface that resists adhesion; dirt-resistant and easy to clean.
Chemical Corrosion Resistance: Inert to almost all industrial chemicals and solvents.
High Strength & Flame Retardancy: High tensile strength and non-combustible.
Versatile Grades: Depending on materials and processing, we offer various grades including anti-static, insulating, and high-tensile versions.
Application Areas:
PTFE high-temperature cloth and conveyor belts are primarily used as food heating gaskets (baking sheets, microwave liners), and as conveyor belts for drying machinery, fusing machines, and sealing machines. They are also widely used in anti-corrosion cladding for petrochemical pipelines, insulating/thermal wrapping for electronics, and environmental desulfurization of power plant exhaust gases.
